Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Fort Stewart-HAAF Microgrid

SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for the construction of the Power Generation and Microgrid project at Ft. Stewart-Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF). As part of the construction contract solicitation, the USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements:

Natural Gas Upgrades: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source requirement to Alanta Power and Gas for required natural gas upgrades.

Electrical Utility: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source requirement to Georgia Power Company for interconnection agreement to the power grid.

*This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 1:00 PM Eastern Time on 07 November 2025 to Jacob.S.Pridemore@usace.army.mil
