Project Description: The qualified vendors shall provide venue rental and other event services as required by the Board/Schools events to include but not limited to the following:
1.1 Venue/Hall/ rental
1.2 Room rental
1.3 Catering and other food services e.g. running bar, dessert buffet
1.4 Other services – tables and chairs, photographer, videographer, photobooth, lighting and backdrop, flower and décor arrangements, event set-up, event coordinator and facilitators, onsite Wi-Fi, security, parking. etc. as outlined
