Clark County invites qualified firms or individuals to submit bids. Questions regarding this bid must be directed to the Bid Contact listed in this bid.
The Work consists of the construction of approximately 10 acres of new sports complex amenities to include, playgrounds, splash pad, pickleball courts, 2-baseball fields, and a skate park, to include lighted walkways. Including but not limited to, any demolition required to construct or install new features, utility work, and on-site or off-site work required to achieve project completion. Scope also includes Owner-Supplied Products.
