Project Description: Notice to Janitorial Contractors
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is issuing this Stage I Request for Statement of Qualifications solicitation to prequalify new janitorial Contractors (“Contractors”) for bidding or proposing on Stage II solicitations for DFCM managed buildings throughout the state.
The prequalification of Contractors is based on the prequalification process and selection criteria provided in the solicitation documents.
