The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid is to obtain a Virginia pesticide licensed and insured, herbicide applicator to treat invasive wavyleaf grass (Oplismenus undulatifolius) through foliar application with backpack sprayers at sites in Powhatan, Prince William, Fauquier, and Clarke counties.
