The purpose for this amendment is to provide the site visit Teams link located in the supplemental information.Solicitation request for proposal Motor City JOC located in Michigan. TE 3 will be added in an amendment upon receipt from mission partner. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on February 25th at 9am Central time. During the site visit Gordian will be presenting the new Construction Task Catalog, how CTC will replace RS Means and how the new catalog will work for this Job Ordering Contract. The location of the site visit is: 2611 WEISS LN QUINCY IL 62305SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Any questions, concerns, verification, or clarification of information on the documents included in the solicitation package shall be submitted in writing to the Government POCs identified herein NLT 6 March 2026, 11:00 AM CST. Include in the subject line of the email the Governments solicitation number; failure to do so will lessen the Governments ability to ensure all questions are considered during the proposal process. Provide your company name, POC and contact information in the body of the email. This deadline is created to ensure the Contracting Officer and Requiring Activity have sufficient time to respond to the questions. Questions will be consolidated from all contractors and responses to all questions will be posted as a separate attachment to the solicitation. NOTE: Contractors are highly encouraged to read the entire solicitation in full. ACCESS TO GORDIAN: Access to Gordians Construction Task Catalog system is REQUIRED to submit a proposal. You CANNOT use RS Means, if you use RS Means your proposal will be rejected. Email michael.d.jensen45.civ@army.mil to request access to the Gordian system for quoting. There will be NO extra time given to late access requests.
