Notice of Sole Source Award/Justification Post IAW FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iii)
The 2nd Contracting Squadron, Barksdale AFB, hereby submits an official notice of sole source award. The Government has awarded a firm-fixed priced contract to SPX Aids to Navigation, LLC using Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iii).
