The purpose of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals through competitive negotiation for Substitute Teacher, Instructional Aide, and Clerical Staffing Services for the School Board of City of Roanoke, more commonly known as Roanoke City Public Schools. Roanoke City Public Schools (âRCPSâ, âOwnerâ, or âDivisionâ) intends to retain a qualified firm(s) (âContractorâ,â Offerorâ) to provide these services for the Division. RCPS reserves the right to make an award to one or more qualified firms.
