Project Description: The work involves furnishing and installing a complete Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS). The project is located at HCC’s System Administration Parking Garage, 3200 Main Street, Houston, TX 77002, and will affect 1,481,151 sq. ft. of building parking space. The project requires, to replace the existing, outdated equipment and infrastructure. Work includes, but is not limited to:
