each year, for the years of 2026 -2030.
Canto software is a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform used by businesses and organizations
to centrally store, organize, manage, find, and share large volumes of digital assets like images, videos,
and documents, streamlining workflows, ensuring brand consistency, and making content easily
discoverable through AI-powered search, tagging, and metadata management. It acts as a single source
of truth for brand content, improving collaboration and distribution for marketing, creativity, and other
teams.

Specifications
ODNR would like to purchase a new Canto software annual subscription with all of the specifications
listed in the charts contained in this document. In addition, ODNR is requesting a 60-month contract
term for the purchase of the Canto software, with annual renewals for the use of the software,
throughout the 60-month term.
Please Note: A Price Reference Quote from Canto is attached to this solicitation as a separate
document.
ODNR may need to purchase additional storage during the term of the contract. Please provide the
purchase cost that ODNR will be charged, based on each TB (Terabyte) of storage requested.
ODNR is requesting an initial quote for 8 Seats for Power Users of the Canto Software. However, ODNR
may need to add additional Seats for Power Users throughout the term of the contract. Please provide
the purchase cost that ODNR will be charged, based on each additional Seat for Power Users of the
Canto Software.
