The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is seeking preferably Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, or Small Businesses (but will accept other than small business for market research purposes), capable of providing testing and certification of backflow prevention devices located at the Biloxi, MS, campus.

The NAICS code is 228220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors and the Size Standard is $19M. Responses must be received by no later than 12:00 p.m. Central Time, Friday, September 5, 2025. Responses shall be emailed to rene.impey@va.gov.
