Summary
The purpose of this RFP is to obtain a large-scale building wrap solution.
Background
The City of Norfolk (“City”) is currently undergoing redevelopment projects in the downtown area, to include the closure of MacArthur Mall. In an effort to maintain a sense of vibrancy during this transition, the City intends to wrap several building facades with large-scale artwork, communicating the future vision of the site as well as civic pride through art and culture.
