Scope of Services
The purpose and intent of this term contract is to secure firm pricing for the purchase of rescue tools listed on the Proposal Form. These tools are intended to be used for training purposes at the Florida State Fire College, which is located at 11655 NW Gainesville Rd, Ocala, FL 34482. The District intends to purchase the items listed in the Fixed Price section the Proposal Form at the estimated quantities presented shortly after Board approval. However, the items and estimated quantities listed are not fixed and subject to change depending on the needs of the District. This may happen at any time between the posting of this competitive solicitation and any resulting purchase after Board approval during the term of the bid. Please see the Specifications section of the document titled, “Bid 4159GM Purchase of Rescue Tools for Training Purposes – REQUIRED FORMS” for more information. Please read the attachment named "Bid 4159GM Specialized Rescue Tools for Training Purposes - TERMS AND CONDITIONS" and print out the attachment named "Bid 4159GM Specialized Rescue Tools for Training Purposes - REQUIRED FORMS". Read the Specifications, complete the forms, and submit those forms on VendorLink along with a completed copy of the Excel file titled, "Bid 4159GM Specialized Rescue Tools for Training Purposes - PROPOSAL FORM" before the due date and time.
