INVITATION FOR BID

IP-CCTV AND IP-ACCESS CONTROL FOR

WINDOW ROCK WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT

Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is hereby contacting qualified suppliers and certified

partners to design, install, configure, commission, and document an integrated Internet Protocol-

based video surveillance and access control system at the NTUA Window Rock Wastewater

Treatment Plant.

Each bid response shall be submitted, electronically, to avisj@ntua.com in a PDF attachment

clearly labeled: “DO NOT OPEN – IP-CCTV & IP-ACCESS CONTROL FOR WINDOW ROCK

WWTP” and received by March 13, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (MDT).
