Description: Notice is hereby given that the Town of Poestenkill will accept sealed bids for:
Replacement of Reichards Farm Road Culvert over a tributary of Poestenkill Town of Poestenkill, Rensselaer County, New York
The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Culvert Replacement[Provide a description of work included. E.g. Installation of approximately 3,500 ft of sidewalks with or without curb; signing and striping including the installation of crosswalks, pedestrian traffic signal upgrades, drainage modification, resurfacing, bridge replacement, etc.]
This is not a Federal Aid Project, however NYSDOT Standard Specifications, officially finalized and adopted on January 1, 2025, as posted on the New York State Department of Transportation’s website must be followed by the successful bidder. Due Date: 04/07/2025 1:00 PMContract Term: Work to be substanstially completed on or before October 31st 2025 and ready for final payment on or before November 28th 2025.
