The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking capabilities of vendors to address the requirements listed in the attached document. The vendors shall submit initial qualification/capabilities statements that describes its services and products. The Government will review the information and may establish briefings based on the vendor's capabilities.
