Juvenile Salmonid Acoustic Telemetry Systems

The purpose of this amendment is to answer submitted questions. The due date remains the same, 05/02/2025 1500PST. No additional questions will be allowed.

Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0088.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 dated 01/17/2025.

This requirement is not set-aside small business.

NAICS: 333511, Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing, 1,350.

Delivery Address: USGS Columbia River Research Lab, 5501-A Cook-Underwood Road, Cook WA 98605.

Delivery date for estimate only: 400 units ASAP or before 07/01/2025, 900 units before 09/01/2025 and 700 units before 10/20/2025.

Evaluation criteria is lowest price technically acceptable.

FOB destination requested.

Equipment Requirement: New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

USGS is tax-exempt.

Offerors must submit sufficient documentation to demonstrate their capability to perform the required services. Failure to provide
the requested information may result in removal from the award consideration.

1. Signed SF 18 form filled in with firm information, person signing, and line-item prices, offered, etc on Block 13 and 14 and FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 check marks and signature
2. Firm, fixed price quote
3. Technical submission including Part and Model number and product specifications

5. System for Award Management UEI
