Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 22), was seeking contractors interested in providing a quote for: The Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System (NAVAHCS) annual requirement for testing and certification of the Medical Gas Distribution System and Equipment. The services shall comply with this Statement of Work (SOW), all VA, local, state, and Federal policies, and regulations.

Award was based upon a comparative evaluation of quotes in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 13. Comparative evaluation is the side by side pairwise comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a Contracting Officer decision for the quote most favorable to the Government.
