The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410, has a requirement for these services. The contractor shall furnish Professional Services to provide full maintenance/certification services for the entire population of the stretchers that will be listed in the future PWS-SOW for the West Palm Beach VA Healthcare system.
Services required are unlimited number of repairs or replacements of equipment due to damage associated with normal use, and wear, including parts and labor associated with mail-in services. Preventive maintenance- PM services must be provided once a year for all stretcher equipment and loaner equipment must be provided while in their possession. You must have 24-hour access to all the parts needed.
All other contract details including full specifications will be included in the Request for Quotes, which is to be electronically issued, in commercial item format, in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13 on or about September 3, 2025. The close date will be on or about September 15, 2025. Any future amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be available electronically for download at the following URL:
