Junipero Serra Park Restroom Roofing Project

Junipero Serra County Park, located in San Bruno, California, is a heavily used public park operated by the County of San Mateo, serving a wide range of visitors including families, hikers, and community groups. The County is seeking qualified roofing contractors to provide reroofing services for two existing park restroom buildings as part of an effort to address aging roof systems and ensure safe, durable facilities for continued public use. A successful project will result in long-lasting, watertight roofing systems that are consistent with the park’s existing infrastructure, minimize future maintenance needs, and are completed with minimal disruption to park operations and visitors.

Junipero Serra County Park has 5 public restroom buildings. 3 of the 5 restrooms have already received roof replacements. The Park's Department would like the 2 remaining restroom roofs replaced, and installed to match the 3 previously installed roofs, having the same color and the same build design, so that all 5 roofs are matching.
