The purpose of this addendum is to answer questions received by the question-and-answer period of the G0210-2000016206 event. All responders may acknowledge receipt of this addendum by responding to Event No. 16206, Version 1 (or most recent version) by the solicitation due date and time. This addendum shall become part of the solicitation.

***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted.

PURPOSE: The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award a to contract(s) with a Contractor(s) to provide safety shoes and boots to all State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) Members. The State is seeking to make more specialty safety footwear products available Statewide. Refer to the Exhibit D: Price Schedule to see brands or manufacturers of interest to the State.

CONTRACT VALUE: The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $100,000 to $150,000. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum.

CONTRACT PERIOD: The term of this contract is anticipated to be from January 1, 2025, through July 31, 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional 41 months in increments determined by the State.
