Description
THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.

The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to establish an ongoing contract with a Contractor(s) to provide Pickup Trucks to State Agencies and its Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members on an as needed basis.

The following vehicles will be considered as part of this solicitation event:

o        Model Year 2025- RAM 2500s
o        Model Year 2025- RAM 3500s

Cab and Chassis Trucks will not be considered for this event. Additional solicitations may be posted in the future for other MY25 pickup trucks if it is deemed in the best interest of the State.

The Contractor(s) must be able to provide Pickup Trucks for orders at contracted rates to locations throughout the entire state of Minnesota. The Contractor(s) must also provide adequate staff for customer service, order execution, order support and overall contract management. The State reserves the right to award multiple Contractors if the State believes that is in the State’s best interest. The State also reserves the right to review National Association of Procurement Officers Contracts (NASPO), or other contracts available to the State of Minnesota to determine if it is in the best interest of the State to participate in those contracts in lieu of or in addition to this contract. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation.

All Vehicles sold will be new equipment and must include Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment unless otherwise allowed on the Vehicle Price Schedule. Any options purchased against the Contract must be OEM unless otherwise called for. All equipment sold against the Contract must meet all State and Federal regulations.

SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to paul.thomas@state.mn.us no later than December 9, 2024, 3:00 PM CT. Questions will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed above may result in rejection of the response.
