Qualified Contractors are invited to submit an offer for Mehlville High School Restroom Renovations. Sealed Bids will be received by Mr. Mike Gegg, at the Mehlville School District Central Administration Office, 2900 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, Missouri 63125 before 2:00 p.m. local time on December 18, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.

The project consists of renovating (6) restrooms at Mehlville High School. (4) restrooms are base bid and (2) restrooms shall be bid as Alternate No. 01.

Contract Documents will be available on November 25, 2025. Contractors may obtain electronic documents and/or printed documents from County Blue Reprographics, www.countyblue.com , (314) 961-3800. A refundable deposit of $100.00 is required for printed documents. Checks to be made payable to the Mehlville School District.

A Bid Bond and Performance and Payment Bond will be required.

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, or to waive any informalities in the bidding.

The successful bidder must agree to conform to the current rules and regulations of the Fair Employment Practices Commission.

Contractor shall comply with the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Prevailing Wage Rates and be enrolled in the E-Verify Federal Work Authorization Program.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the project site, Mehlville H.S. 3200 Lemay Ferry Road St. Louis, MO, at 2:45 p.m. on December 3, 2025. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend, but attendance is not mandatory. Site inspections before or after this date shall be arranged through Mike Gegg at (314) 467-7870 a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the inspection. Contractors are responsible for field verifying all conditions and dimensions.

Roof Repairs

Mehlville School District will be accepting bids for upcoming roofing projects in the district. Professional roofing contractors who want to receive a copy of the project documents and register for the mandatory pre-bid meeting are requested to email chris@graycoconsulting.com before 9 AM CST on January 16, 2026. Please include in the subject “MSD Q1469 - Roofing Document Request”.
