Willamalane Park and Recreation District (Willamalane) is requesting quotes resulting in a one-year
contract to serve as a Willamalane contracted Adult Basketball Officials for Adult Recreation
Leagues, operating January 2025 - December 2025.
The services covered by this RFQ will include up to forty-five (45) weeks of basketball officials
officiating basketball games, where a week is defined by games played on Sundays and Mondays,
approximately four hours per day. All aspects of assigning officials to games will be managed by the
contractor and will be detailed in a service contract and scope of work signed by both parties.
