DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure (1) ONE HORIZONTAL BORING MILL (HBM).
Complete technical data package VIBB 25-25-1007 including minimum requirements for the machine and post processor, tooling, training, technical data, IUID tag, OSHA certification, foundation, shipping, installation, and rigging requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation.
Request for Proposal SPE4A8-25-Q-0090 is anticipated to be issued on September 22, 2025, and close on October 22, 2025.
FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will be Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.
