Assisted Living and Social Services (ALSS), Disability Services Division is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents interested in conducting the biennial 2025-2026 Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) Surveys across Alberta. Survey data will play a crucial role in evaluating the performance of the PDD programs based on the satisfaction and outcomes of families and individuals receiving services through these programs.

The PDD Program funds, monitors and evaluates the provision of services for Albertans 18 of age and older who have developmental disabilities and meet program eligibility criteria. Eligible individuals receiving funded services are supported in planning and accessing services that meet their personal needs and goals promoting optimal independence. Services are assessed based on need, and the intent of PDD funded staffing is to supplement existing natural and generic supports that might be in place through family, friends and community resources.
