Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Bridger-Teton National Forest has a need for decommissioning, removal and replacement of a non-functional natural gas furnace at a Forest Service owned residential facility. Project location is at 421 Black Avenue, Big Piney, WY, 83113. See Attachment 2 – Statement of Work.

See Exhibit #1. 3.Any Amendment that may be issued. 4.Exhibit #1 Past Performance and Equipment Questionnaire. 5.Exhibit #2 SF-1413 Subcontractor Form (If Applicable). 6.Technical Response as Identified in Evaluation and Basis for Award, EvaluationCriteria, Price, Technical Acceptability, and Past Performance.
