This Request for Quote (RFQ) is hereby issued for surgical instrument repair and preventive maintenance of Reusable Medical Equipment at the Atlanta VA Hospital. See attached Statment of Work and Salient Characteristics for more details.



Please submit pricing by completing B.2 pricing on pages 5-6 of the attached RFQ document.
