PCL/Sundt JV is soliciting contractors to submit proposals for the Roberto R. Bustamante WWTP Expansion & Upgrades – Bid Package 10.

Qualified SLBE, MBE & WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation.

Project Description: Facility improvements & upgrades to the Wastewater Treatment

Plant.

Bid Package 10 : 05 00 00 Structural Steel & Misc. Metals Supply & Installation

Pre-Bid : A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid &/or site walk meeting will be held July 23, 2025 @ 1:00 PM at the PCL/Sundt JV jobsite trailer at: 10001 Pan American Drive, El Paso, TX 79927. PPE required for Site Walk.

RFI : All questions, clarifications, or coordination issues must be in writing no later than Ten (10) business days before the bid date. Bidders shall not contact the Owner, Architect, or Engineers directly. Questions should be in writing and directed to Guillermo Mendez via email at guillermomendez@pcl.com .
