Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to procure STERN TUBE SHAFT INSERT FACE, Brand Name only OEM WARTSILA This procurement will be solicited Unrestricted utilizing FAR Part 12 and 13.5 procedures. It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Supply Contract will be awarded.

Solicitation N0040625QS363 will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 15 JULY 2025 with the quotes due on or about 21 JULY 2025. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their offer, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
