Description
Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposals from bidders for to assess how internal and external cost pressures are transmitted along the supply chain for retrofit and energy-saving products. The study aims to identify which players—ranging from raw material suppliers and manufacturers to distributors, retrofit contractors, and ultimately end-use households—absorb most cost increases, and which can pass them on to others downstream.
The estimated contract period will be 2 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/01/12.
