Description

Sources sought to provide the government with the OFM-2307-A1 Image Intensifier Assembly (NSN: 5855-01-610-5231), for the U.S. Military. The AN/PSQ-20B is a helmet-mounted or handheld, battery operated system that allows for observation and target identification under adverse conditions including light rain, light smoke, light snow, and low light to total darkness.



The AN/PSQ-20B combines the light amplification capability of image intensification devices with the heat sensing capability of thermal imaging systems.





Requirements Description:





The United States Army is looking for sources with the ability to provide the OFM-2307-A1 Image Intensifier Tube, (NSN: 5855-01-610-5231) for the AN/PSQ-20B.

The Government requires an estimated quantity of 2,300 OFM-2307-A1 Image Intensifier Tubes (NSN: 5855-01-610-5231) over a 5-year period. This is not a solicitation. This is only an estimate and will not bind the contractor or the Government in any way or at any time into a contract with any of the specified terms below.

Suppliers capable of supplying these items, in accordance with the government data package and in the quantities specified above, should contact the government before May 28, 2025. Submissions can be sent to brandon.t.hepner.civ@army.mil. Responses must include a list of items the supplier is able to produce or source as well as documentation that the supplier can provide the army with a physically and functionally component from the list above. Examples of such documentation can be test results, copy of purchase orders if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source, or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can provide the Army a solution. Furthermore, the Government will use the information, in part, to determine the best acquisition strategy for a potential procurement action and/or to assist in making acquisition strategy decisions in the future.
