Pre-Advertisement Notice for Planning Support Services

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Aviation (DOA) will shortly undergo a Multi-Step
Competitive Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an
Invitation for Bid (IFB) towards the procurement of a qualified and experienced firm to prepare and analyze
aviation planning studies supporting improvements to the Airport's infrastructure. Interested ¿rms will be
evaluated during the prequali¿cation phase to determine whether they meet the minimum requirements
for firm experience, team and key personnel qualifications, aviation planning expertise, technical planning
capabilities, aviation modeling and software proficiency, and cost estimating experience. The City's
expectation is that the selected vendor will assume responsibility of delivering professional aviation and
technical planning studies services in support of the City's aviation planning objectives and capital
program needs. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be noticed and held to provide more details and address
