Description
The successful bidder shall provide all labor, hardware, software licensing, configuration, migration services, documentation, training, and ongoing support services required for implementation and operation.
On-Premises Backup Infrastructure
The vendor shall: ¿ Provide and install a physical Rubrik backup appliance at the County data center. ¿ Configure protection for virtual and physical workloads on-premise and in our Microsoft 365 GCC tenant. ¿ Implement immutable backup architecture. ¿ Migrate from the existing Veeam and ExaGrid environment. ¿ Provide encryption in transit and at rest. ¿ Configure role-based access controls and audit logging.
Microsoft 365 Data Protection
The vendor shall provide licensing and configuration to protect the County¿s Microsoft 365 tenant, including: ¿ Exchange Online ¿ SharePoint Online ¿ OneDrive for Business The solution must support: ¿ Automated scheduled backups and retention ¿ Granular item-level file and system restore ¿ Configure long-term retention policies ¿ Immutable storage ¿ Centralized management
MANAGED Backup System and Services
The solution shall include: ¿ SLA-backed technical support services ¿ Automated monthly reporting and health checks ¿ Coordinate annual disaster recovery testing
