Description
The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, in coordination with the Department of
Aviation, will shortly undergo a Multi-step Competitive Sealed Bid process comprised of a
prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB) towards the procurement
process for the provision of specialized landfill and airport slope mowing, vegetation management, and
clearing services. Interested vendors to meet the City¿s requirements in the prequalification phase you
must have experience with comparable steep-slope and controlled access sites, equipment capability,
regulatory compliance history, and safety programs. The City¿s expectation is that the selected vendor
will assume the responsibility of performing steep-slope mowing and clearing services in regulated
landfill and airport environments. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be noticed and then held to provide
