MOCJ seeks to solicit proposals to serve justice impacted NYC residents in planning for their release and transition into community. MOCJ seeks to do this by converting and revamping the Community Justice Reentry Network into the Community Justice Transitional Network which is comprised of two components of service delivery. Within this RFP there are seven competition pools for two components of service delivery. The first component is for in-custody discharge planning and in community transitional wrap around services. The second component is for specialized workforce development and education services to support justice involved residents. These two components compliment one another while allowing for deep expertise in workforce and education fields.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFP must be submitted via PASSPort. To access the RFP/RFx, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal. To reach the Public Portal, visit the following site: https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.page then click on the rectangle captioned “Procurement Navigator,” whereupon you will arrive at the Portal.
