Waterleaf & Steeplechase Parks Parking Lot Improvements

This solicitation covers construction services for both Steeplechase Park and Waterleaf Park. The selected contractor must have the capacity to manage and execute work at both sites concurrently.

For Steeplechase Park, bidders are required to include a phasing plan that accounts for the multiple construction areas within the park. This plan should outline how work will be sequenced and how temporary accommodations such as rerouted access, staging areas, or safety measures will be implemented throughout construction.

Both parks will remain open to the public during construction, making it essential for bidders to propose strategies that minimize disruptions and clearly identify how impacts to key park features, access points, and recreational activity areas will be limited.
