Notes	RECEIPT OF BIDS Separate sealed bids for construction of the above referenced project will be received by the Owner at their office, on Tuesday, July 7th, 2026, no later than 2:15 PM local time at North Charleston City Hall, 2500 City Hall Lane, 3rd Floor, Procurement Department, North Charleston, SC 29406 then at said office to be publicly opened and read aloud. SCOPE OF WORK The work includes sidewalk improvements within City Council District 3 in the City of North Charleston. Construction of Package 3A – Otranto Road includes the following: 1,175 LF of new sidewalk and 1,346 LF of new storm drainage located on Otranto Road (S-542) DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE Copies of the information for Bidders, Bid Form, Contract Plans, Specification, Bid Bond, performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be obtained from the City of North Charleston by the following: a. Documents in digital format can be found at: https://www.northcharleston.org/business/do-business-with-north-charleston/ and following the link to Current Bids, RFP’s & RFQs. Contractors must be registered vendors to view the documents. Contractors can register as a vendor by going to: https://www.northcharleston.org/business/do-business-with-north-charleston/ and following the links to Vendor Application. b. Requesting documents in hard copy format via email creidenbach@reveergroup.com or by calling 843-297-4103. Hard copy documents must be picked up between the hours of 7AM-4PM, Monday thru Friday at: Reveer Group, LLC, 2971 W. Montague Avenue, Suite 101 North Charleston, SC 29418 FEE A. A non-refundable fee of $225.00 will be required on each hard copy set of Drawings or other contract documents requested. B. There is no fee for digital documents. BONDING REQUIREMENTS Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to the Owner, for an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the required Agreement will be executed and that a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Payment Bond will be furnished. Checks, regardless of form, will not be accepted.
