Feasibility Study for In-Hospital Urgent Care Centre and Emergency Department Expansion

The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) invites proposals from qualified consulting firms to undertake a feasibility study to assess the potential development of an In-Hospital Urgent Care Centre (UCC) and expansion of an existing Emergency Department (ED). The location will be disclosed to the Proponent once a Confidentiality Agreement has been signed and returned (Appendix E). The proposed UCC is intended to provide care for low-acuity, non-life-threatening conditions, including after-hours services, primarily delivered physicians, nurses and allied professionals. The objective is to improve access to timely urgent care, reduce pressure on the ED, and optimize use of existing hospital resources, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

Participation process:
Competition documents for this procurement are available through the Government of Saskatchewan’s Government Enterprise Management (GEM) system.
