General Notice
Clear Creek County, Colorado (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
CP 26-01 Courthouse Water Damage Restoration
All Bids for- the construction of the Project will be received until 2:00 PM local time on , February 10, 2026
by means of a PDF copy uploaded to the Prospective Bidder Submittal Folder assigned by the County to
each registered prospective Bidder.
Bids received by the submittal deadline will be publicly opened and read at 2:30 PM local time via Zoom.
A Zoom link can be found in the Bidding Documents.
The Project includes the following Work:
• Restoring approximately 4,000 square-feet of the County Courthouse basement, located at 405
Argentine St, Georgetown, CO 80444, to its original state before a recent flooding event. Salient
features include but are not limited to wall reconstruction, drywall, painting, carpeting,
kitchenette installation, acoustical ceiling, and remounting existing ancillary components.
Substantial completion by May 31, 2026.

Prospective Bidders must register as a plan holder via email to receive a link to the Prospective Bidder
Submittal Folder and Project Construction Plans and Specifications:

Prospective Bidders are urged to sign up to receive a text message or email when new Bidding Documents
are periodically uploaded to the designated website such as addenda, reports, and other information
relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project by clicking “Sign up” at the top of the webpage.
All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the
designated website and the Prospective Bidder Submittal Folder. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be
responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the
designated website or Prospective Bidder Submittal Folder.
Mandatory Pre-bid Conference
A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held onsite at 405 Argentine St, Georgetown, CO
80444 on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

GENERAL INFORMATION TO BIDDERS
INTRODUCTION
Notice is hereby given that Clear Creek County Colorado is requesting bids for CP 26-01
Courthouse Basement Restoration, located at 405 Argentine Street in Georgetown, Colorado. In
the summer of 2025, a significant rain event resulted in water intrusion into the building’s
basement, affecting multiple departments and several storage areas. In response to the water
intrusion, the affected carpet, drywall, and ceiling tiles were removed.
Work associated with this project includes preserving and restoring original features such as
kitchenettes, framing, ceiling tiles, painted drywall, doors, windows, carpet, and wall mounted
devices.
