Qualifications:

Must have appropriate credentials, licenses, and/or certifications to provide services to Ford make vehicles, in the state of North Carolina.
b) Contractor must be registered with the North Carolina Secretary of State as a business operating in the state.
c) Must have a minimum of seven years’ experience offering vehicle repair services for Ford vehicles.
d) Contractor must submit a minimum of three references with the proposal of accounts in North Carolina of similar size and scope of Forsyth County, which have been serviced within the last five (5) years.
e) Contractor must provide a single point of contact to handle requests, address needs, and manage the overall contract. This point of contact MUST be able to address needs, fulfill requests, coordinate training, and provide feedback on other issues pertaining to the contract.
f) Must be physically located within 25 miles of 3730 N. Liberty Street, Winston-Salem, NC.
g) Must directly employ all staff. Sub-contracting of staff is not permitted.
h) Must offer vehicle repair services for light, medium, and heavy-duty Ford vehicles.
i) Must comply with Forsyth County’s insurance requirements.
