Objective:
Provide cleaning services (5) Five days per week for a 20,000 square foot facility that houses the South
Carolina Department of Public Health and Vital Records. Contractor must have CIMS and IICRC
Certification.

ENTRANCES - LOBBY - WAITING AREAS -RECEPTION AREAS - HALLWAYS - PATIENT EXAM
AREAS-MEETING AREAS- OFFICES -CONFERENCE ROOMS - RESTROOMS - LUNCHROOMS -

Staging and storage area will be provided.

All cleaning equipment to be furnished and maintained by the contractor.
