Bidders are hereby notified that this Addendum shall be made a part of the documents. The intent is to add to, modify, or clarify the documents.
Should any of these items have an effect on price, such changes shall be included in the price bid. These items have the same force and effect
as if contained in the original.
ITEM 1: QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Q1: Since the Bid Form does not provide estimated annual quantities per line item, can the County clarify the methodology that
will be used to determine the "lowest responsive, responsible bidder" under TS-09? For example, will bids be evaluated based on
the sum of all unit prices across all line items, a weighted subset of higher-frequency line items, or another evaluation method?
A1: Due to the variations from year to year the estimated quantities are not a true reflection of projected work, therefore
estimated quantities are not provided and the lowest bidder will be determined by the total of all unit costs.
Q2: If historical usage/quantity data exists from the prior contract (Contract No. 23-568), would the County share that information,
or direct us to where it may be obtained (e.g., the Historical Catalog referenced in TS-02), so that bidders can price line items to
reflect actual anticipated usage?
A2: Annual Total of Payments:
Fisal Year 2024 paid: $203,851.12
Fisal Year 2025 paid: $125,555.10
Fiscal Year 2026 paid year to date is: $134,810.41.
ITEM 2: ADDITION
ADD: TS-08 ESTIMATED QUANTITIES: The exact quantities for this bid cannot be determined at this time. No minimum amount
is guaranteed or implied. Purchase Orders shall be issued on an "as required" basis.
Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.
The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the proposal and contract documents. These items shall have the same force and effect as the
original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified date shall conform with the additions, deletions and revisions as
listed herein.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260500. Bidders are required
to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
