Bidders are hereby notified that this Addendum shall be made a part of the documents. The intent is to add to, modify, or clarify
the documents. Should any of these items have an effect on price, such changes shall be included in the price bid. These items
have the same force and effect as if contained in the original.
ITEM 1: QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Q1: On line item (6) – Install of new and/or resetting of existing Manhole Cover/Ring assembly, will the County be
responsible for supplying the new Ring and Covers, or will the contractor have to supply them?
A1: On rare occasions where the manhole cover and ring assembly are needed, the material will be supplied by the
contractor. The manhole cover and ring assembly approved for this project is listed in the Approved Product List
(APL) on the County website.

Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.
The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the proposal and contract documents. These items shall have the same force and
effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified date shall conform with the additions,
deletions and revisions as listed herein.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260498. Bidders
are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
