The City of Dubuque Housing & Community Development Department is seeking expressions of interest and information from qualified firms or individuals with demonstrated expertise in development and management of rental housing for low-income families (i.e., households earning 30 percent or below area median income) to lead a firm-identified project application for the State of Iowa’s HOME-ARP program.

Qualifications:
|
Interested firms should demonstrate experience with, and competency in, the following:
• Development of rental housing – new construction, rehabilitation, or historic redevelopment – preferably within the city limits of Dubuque
• Utilization of state or federal grants, and/or other relevant funding programs (e.g., National Housing Trust Fund, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Workforce Housing Tax Credits)
• Management of rental housing for qualifying populations (described in attached document)
