Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source Prepare Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment for Hacks
Cross Road Widening from State Line Road to East Shelby Drive Road
The identified vendor will:
- Prepare Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment meeting the requirements of the National
Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT)
Local Programs for widening Hacks Cross Road from two-lanes to six-lanes between State Line
Road and East Shelby Drive Road.
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. Services to be rendered by December 31, 2026.
If you have the capacity/expertise and are interested in providing the Goods or Services detailed
above please submit a letter of interest as well as your pricing (total & details) via email to
sherry.money@shelbycountytn.gov..
In accordance with Shelby County’s Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County’s website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on March 12, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
