The work to be accomplished under this Contract is located at the Maryland Department of Veterans Rocky Gap Cemetery, 14205 Pleasant Valley Rd NE, Flintstone, MD 21530 (Allegany County). Work consists of providing all construction, permits, labor, materials, equipment, services, supplies, miscellany, testing and instrumentation necessary and incidental to the completion of all work as specified herein.
