The Brentwood Co., Inc., Construction Management, will be accepting bids for UF Racing Lab Demolition and Parking Lot, Gainesville, FL for the following bid packages:
02/Sitework & Parking Lot Construction

Bids over $75,000.00 must be sealed. Sealed bids will be received at The Brentwood Company, Inc., 101 SW 140th Terrace, Suite A, Newberry, FL 32669. Sealed bids must be in a SEPARATE ENVELOPE from the shipping envelope with name of the project, bid date and time, name and address of bidding company on the sealed envelope.
Bidders are responsible for the timely delivery of bids. No bids will be accepted after the bid date and time.
Bidders must complete and return a Prequalification Application by June 10, 2026 and be approved prior to submitting bids. Request prequalification application and bid information by emailing Brent Taylor at HYPERLINK "mailto:brent@brentwoodcompany.com"brent@brentwoodcompany.com
