Solicitation Summary

The contractor will be furnishing all labor, overhead, fees, equipment, materials, parts, incidentals, tests, supervision, and services necessary for and incidentals, tests, supervision, and services necessary for and incidental to pump out the septic tanks in Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum. They are:

  1. Beverly House, 9925 Mackall Road; 2000 gal
  2. King's Reach, 9975 Mackall Road; 1000 gal
  3. Breckenridge Center, 10065 Mackall Road; 2-2000 gal
  4. Visitor's Center, 10115 Mackall Road; 1500 gal
  5. Pavilion, 10125 Mackall Road; 2000 gal
  6. MAC Lab, 10505 Mackall Road; 10000 gal (5-2000 gal tanks)
  7. Gardener's Cottage, 10601 Mackall Road; 2000 gal
  8. Patterson Estate, 10625 Mackall Road; 2000 gal

The contractor will adhere to the national, state, and local laws, regulations, and codes applicable to this work. The contractor will install all material and complete all work in a first-class manner. Any materials or equipment installed that does not present an orderly and reasonably neat workmanlike appearance and operation must be removed and replaced when so directed by the Executive Director of JPPM or a designeed at the contractor's expense. The contractor will complete this work within 60 calendar days upon receiving authorization to proceed.

The contractor or subcontractor must be licensed in Maryland or certified, depending on the nature of the work to be performed, and designate as individual as their Master License or Certification holder who will be responsible for all services to be performed as described herein.

Offerors must submit a bid to the e-mail address listed below and be received no later than 4:00 pm on August 19, 2026. Any bid received after this time and date will not be accepted.
