Solicitation Summary
The City of Gaithersburg (“City” or “City’s”) is accepting formal sealed Proposals to hire a qualified Contractor to replace three (3) passenger elevators at the Olde Towne Parking Garage, 112 Olde Towne Avenue, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20877. Two of the elevators are inside the garage structure and the third is adjacent to the garage in a standalone tower connected to the building via an elevated walkway from the garages’ fourth level.
The City owns and operates its municipal parking facility known as the Olde Towne Parking Garage. The garage is a six-story, seven deck concrete and steel structure with 693 total parking spaces to include seventeen (17) Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) mandated parking space
